Appearance: His light brown hair is scruffy, and parted weirdly. He usually wears his Helm on it, though, so it is not shown much. His face is very childish, and looks to be 2 years younger. His bright eyes stand out on his semi-tanned face. His nose is curved, and comes to a fine point on his face. His mouth is small, and his lips even smaller.
His shoulders are broad, and look to be able to carry many things at once. His body is always semi-tanned, due to his liking of the desert. He always has a pleasant expression on his face, and his body language mimics this.
Personal Skills:
--Normal Ark Mode--
Heal: His Crusader status allows him to access certain Acolyte abilities, such as Cure, and Heal. This can be used to heal small wounds or small gashes. His heal abilities are weakened when he is severly wounded.
Shield Repel: He can charge his shield with Holy energy, and use it to repel small magic bolts. His Shield has the tendency to break when he does this skill.
Holy Cross: Using his Tsurugi, he jumps up into the sky, and forms a magical Cross in the mid-air, made of pure Holy Energy. He then sheathes the tsurugi, and pushes the Holy Cross the the enemy with his hands.
--Demi-God/Awakened Crusader Mode--
Imperial Chant: Allows him to chant in modern elven to conjure up magical forces that strengthen allies around him, and weaken foes. This can be used to change the tides of war as well, but his other magical powers become nonexistant as long as the chant is in effect, which is usually ten minutes.
Grand Cross: Similar to Holy Cross, except that he plunges into the ground once he sheathes his Tsurugi, and brings the Holy Cross to the floor, creating a ripple effect, which effects everyone, including his allies, and especially himself, around him for 3 meters.
Memorial Address: Since his Demi-God form is actually an ancient spirit, he is able to remember events of the past. This skill is based on the event when the former Freyja's colonies were destroyed by a massive accident, caused by Rune-Midgard. When he uses this skill, he speaks the final words, and completes what he is built to do: Initiate the Ragnarok.
Background:
The Ark everyone knows comes from Juno, and was born to Iljana and Kesser Odeon. At the age of 15, he decided to choose the occupation of Crusader, instead of Sage. He was pushed by forces unknown to himself, and needed to become this Crusader.
So, as the Summer Solstice came along, he set out to Rune-Midgard with the last caravan heading out of Juno, to set across Mt. Mjolnir to the new world.
When he arrived to Prontera, he immediately began to train to become the Swordsman, and in effect, Crusader, he wanted to be. He then met Anii, a young mage who belonged to the Kingdom of Sylvestra, and was drawn to the Kingdom for some reason.
As he was inducted into the kingdom, his journies continued. He later kept running into a man named Ryu Kisargi, who always used to give him strange looks. But this was no coincidence..
Later, as he finally was almost ready to take on the burden of the Crusader, he recieved message that his parents adopted him, and he set out to find out who his parents really were.
With the help of Leon, he discovered a book simply named "Odeon," which, as he was told by the Great Pronteran Librarian, was supposed to have been destroyed many, many years ago. Soon after this event, he started to be possessed by many spirits, who told a gruesome story.
This story is tied into his Demi-God's skill, Memorial Address. The story tells of the fall of the last outposts of Freyja, and the beginning of his creation. If his memory of the story, when he is in the Demi-God form, is wiped, he will no longer be able to recite the Memorial Address.
In the events that followed, he discovered that the goddess Freyja forced a man, known only as Obsidian, to give her a child. Soon after, the child was taken to Asgard, where he was imbued with the power of the Ragnarok, and the Memorial Address. He was given the name Ark, as Ark in some languages means Protector, and Odeon, the book. His name means: "Protector of the Odeon Book." It can only be speculated that the Book of Odeon is actually the long sought Book of Ragnarok, and that Odeon simply means Ragnarok.
With the finding of the Odeon, and the discovery of the Memorial Address, Ryu Kisargi presented Ark with the Sword of Mana, to combat the God Odin in the upcoming Ragnarok. Only time will tell when Ark shall speak The Memorial Address...
