Otherwise: good on you Nu Who, yet again, although neadods and calapine said it better than I can. Thoroughly enjoyed "The God Complex", probably a lot more than I should have, considering, even with all the old re-trodden ground. Please to stop making me cry nao Nu. And god love ye Rory.
Birthday dinner for MiL last night - went well, cake worked, bobotije worked, pleasant evening had by all. Think BiL and BiL's not-quite-girlfriend may be crossing that line :) if so about time, they're very damn good for each other.
Today's bushwalk: very little one - took the car up the back of Captain's Flat, stopped at random, more or less, just wandered. Didn't go far, but both getting over flu so nice little walk then lunch overlooking plantation/valley very welcome. Lovely oddly dry wettish forest. Starting to get some idea how the National Park/State Forest/Conservation Area and now Floral Reserve (!) hang together... and how many damn wombats there are round here.
Course: still chasing up recognition of prior learning issue, somewhat sobered to realise it's been 20 years since I left uni - as a postgrad. Eep. /Old bugger is old.
