Two weeks of unexplained hardware freezes and online uptimes averaging between 45 seconds and 10 minutes... gah. Tried everything under the sun, still can't find a culprit.

And then - new PC! thanks be to hubby who thought he'd surprise me; it worked, too; I thought I'd be saving for months before we could do that.

So, grins and groans. Here beginneth the reinstall ;p
