Looks like Tuesday is the earliest I can see Mum - long doc's appointment tomorrow and she won't be in the mood for people after. She's resisting the idea of doing anything at the weekend but we'll see.
Hubby gave me his present early - an ipod of my very own. I'm ignoring the fact that this probably just represents an enduring distaste for everything of mine on the joint one. But who cares! it's actually a very thoughtful pressie. 160 gig, my god! my current iriver - despite being attractively small and running on normal batteries - is 2 gig. No more culling and choosing... it's too much!
Now obsessively loading all the stuff I ain't never bin allowed to put on the other one :)
