Nostalgia & noms
Brazilian marinade recipe calls for flour, bicarb, white wine, garlic, lime juice and black pepper. Due to circs beyond, we used lemon juice and red wine instead, and came up with something that looked like spoiled blueberry yoghurt.
But it works. Srsly. Combine, marinate for 90 min, then roast covered in paste plus red wine and a bit of oil (190C 40 min). Nomnomnom.

Finally got hold of The Manageress on download. Cherie Lunghi takes on the FA and wins :) about as 80s as you can get but awfully good fun. And woo! series 2's up as well. Never saw that.
