Made dumplings as per
here. They were rather nice (as was the casserole).
But neither of us know what dumplings are actually supposed to be like... taste seemed about what I would expect (basic dough with rosemary & seasoning), cooked texture a bit like stuffing, sort of fluffy. Spongy.
Is that normal? I was counting on hubby to know, but in this he has teh Pom!Fail.
