Another quad off the recipe meme tonight - steamed spiced spuds, pollo en chilindron, coriander chutney and an extremely experimental Home Yoghurt 'cos we didn't have any. Amazing what a bit of milk, lemon and cornflour can do. (Simmer gently, with a bit of lumpy cream, add cumin & garam masala). Good enough to pass, any road, and nicely citric.
The chutney was bloody wonderful - pound up garlic, ginger, coriander, green chili, lemon, light blue touch paper... :)
Didn't get any damn thing else done tonight, but so what. I am *so* enjoying this :) Now: blessing eztv for putting up SoA 2.13. Come on you rotten torrent...
