Headachey earachey thing; not so bad today but it wouldn't be nice to give it back to the little sods who gave it to me, now would it :) Can't get into the doc's till late - so I'm stuck 'ere watching Secret Life - trials and tribs of a convicted sex offender. Kind of like an English The Woodsman, bit less stagey, but a bit less involving too. Still, there's a few Billspots on board (Austin, and I think I've just spotted a Salaman in long-shot), and some lovely Ageing!PhilDavis.
Good news: got sound card working. And found new PC allows one to cap from RealPlayer. Bad news: no sodding Office software, up to and including anything resembling email or WP. GAH. Girding loins to try Old Copy Of Office on Vista Machine. Not bloody hopeful tho'.
Next Any Previous update (nearly complete!) is now very much on hold damn and bugger.
Resisting temptation to Make Muffins as displacement activity - although the last batch (tinned black cherries, home-made buttermilk, frantically substituted stuff to mimic self-raisery) were actually quite nice :) Mmmmm.
