Obama
So Mikey Swetz sent the group that he made against Obama to me and i accidentally hit the "join group" button and i've been getting attacked like all week because it showed up on people's new feeds. I just wanted to say that I completely agree with everyone who is against this group. Even though I supported mccain throughout the election, I think that people should just be humble about Obama being elected. That group and any other group like it that is still claiming that Obama is a terrorist or whatever crazy statements they are making against him just need to stop. It's immature and he's president! Just like it pissed me off that people could be so rude and disrespectful when they bad mouthed Bush, I think that people should be just as respectful to Obama. He is our President. And anyone who disrespects the President, in my opinion, is disrespecting our country and needs to stop.
So to my fellow Republicans:
I know you're upset, but it is what it is. Obama is President. And if we don't have faith in him and support him, there's no way that our actions will benefit our country. Learn to be humble, the majority of our country would not have chosen him as our President if they didn't have faith in him.. So just give him a shot. Whining and complaining and joining groups stating that Obama is a terrorist or looking forward to 1.20.13, please just give him a shot and stop being so radical about it. If McCain had been elected, sure, maybe we would have had to deal with the same groups and ridiculous, but that's what it is.. ridiculousness, and we have to get over that and move on.
Sorry for the preaching, I was upset too at first, but I would just like to try to believe that people are better people than how I've seen them acting.
