Yesterday was Mom's birthday. 54, I believe. She's still a beauty. We went to a Thai restaurant and had a salmon fillet with a thick, sour sauce laced with really...druggish...peppers. And of course, green curry, larb gai, and pad sew yui (however you spell it).

I went to Border's after. Bought mom present. Met a hot boy. He checked out my brother.

Still working on college applications--just in case I receive a rejection letter from Wellesley. And, if I were accepted, the inherent value of the acceptance will increase if I throw 8 other applications to my other top choice schools into the garbage.

I actually had a really good day at school today. You never know how many friends you have until there is a problem. Well, "problem". It will, most likely, work itself out soon. Hm, at least I hope.

Civics was fun. Mister Lipe is...great. All three sides of the triangle. He advised everybody to buy a house before the age of 25.

With that, I think I'll finish college, get a specialized degree...and immediately invest in a 700-800,000 home. It's possible. With a good job, they'd know that I'd pay it off. That's Ben's advice. It's smart.

I hate LJ-cuts.

Ah.

As you can see, Jude Law and I are getting quite serious.
