Do the insurance dance! Uhnn!
So after a lot of forms and talking to people and stuff, I have secured the following:
Yay! This is good for several reasons. The first, of course, being that if cancer should strike me again, I am covered. The second being that I can widen my job search to include well-paying temp jobs that don't include insurance, and that MIGHT turn into full-time jobs, or at least look good on my resume, and not HAVE to go and work for White Castle. The third, of course, being that I can stop looking so gorram hard for insurance. Yeesh.
I am literally swimming with ideas for the Thursday game. Seriously. Plot points which I've had floating vaguely in my head have magically fleshed themselves out and cause yet more wonderful character, location, and monster concepts. Thursday Night Gamers, your doom starts with an M!
We are supposed to get a LOT of snow tonight, and then some freezing rain. I'm possibly off of work tomorrow. I might be getting extra hours. Only time will tell.
I go now to play Chibi Robo! Wheeeeeee!
- Hawaii Pacific Health (read: AWESOME) insurance for another six months through COBRA.
- A backup plan of a Kentucky healthcare package when COBRA runs out, should I not be able to find a job with decent insurance by then.
- Yet a SECOND backup healthcare plan, which makes me happy.
