CONSTERNATION
Yay, me!
Ruki stretched out his hands and rubbed his eyes, wiping all the drowsiness away. Then he got his phone and called up his band mate.
"Hey, Uruha. Let's go out. Call the others, okay?"
He had been excited since yesterday for this day to come. Oh, he waited so long for a year to pass. Hanging out with his friends is enough to make him happy, enough to make his day. So, Ruki quickly went to the bathroom. He took off his clothes, laid on his tub and relaxed as water from the shower above him poured down his porcelain skin. He added bubbles for an extra feel for his special day. As he popped the biggest bubble he could locate, he grabbed his rubber ducks that had been kept aside for almost three years and strangely played with them, tossing them around. Ruki surprised himself, but he didn't really care, so he continued.
Despite the coldness of the water surrounding him, he stayed there lying for thirty minutes. He grew tired and let out a sigh. His eyes started to feel heavy until they were fully closed. He's not sleeping, no. Ruki was just resting his eyes, trying to lessen the pain caused by his bad sleeping habits.
Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.
His body remained still for five minutes, not moving an inch, like a man that drowned and fetched by the Reaper. Ruki, in a state of half-sleep, suddenly felt somebody else's lips on his. The kiss was brief, lips merely brushed against each other, that when he opened his eyes, he found no one. He hurriedly put on his towel around his hips and peeked through his bathroom door, searching for the thief. Confused, he decided to call Uruha again but was put into a halt when a text message reached his phone.

Where are you?
We're all here at my place
except for you and Reita.
Hurry up! Later!]
Ruki stood still, staring at the phone's screen. After a while, he finally told himself that it was all a dream, an effect of lacking sleep. Ruki put on his new clothes and took a cab until he reached his destination. He was about to pay the driver when he received another mail.
