Poo-related fact of the week (if not the year):
In his 1961 work Merda d’artista, Piero Manzoni canned his own excrement and sold it for the equivalent weight in gold. One of the cans of Manzoni’s faeces was recently purchased by the Tate for £22,300.

An observation of mine that I find interesting:
Scott Bakula was seen in a Season 1 episode of Family Guy (as a contestant on Hollywood Squares), but didn't speak. Family Guy has featured two Quantum Leap parodies (Seasons 3 and 5), but Scott Bakula's character Sam did not appear in either of them. Considering all these missed opportunities, Why is it ironic that Scott Bakula has not been heard in the series which has Seth MacFarlane as lead actor? Because Seth MacFarlane was seen and heard as a character in Star Trek: Enterprise, which had Scott Bakula as lead actor.
