Charity Raffle At Arisia
This year Arisia will be hosting a charity raffle! For the third year in a row, tpau and I will be participating in the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk for the Cure, a three-day, 60-mile charity walk to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research.
As part of our fundraising, we're going to be holding a raffle at Arisia - we're going to have a table in the Dealer's Room, where we'll be showing off our prizes and selling tickets. And here's where you can help -
Are you going to be vending at Arisia? Would you be willing to donate anything that we can give as a prize?
Are you displaying in the art show? Would you be willing to donate any of your artwork as a raffle prize?
Are you just an awesome talented person? Would you be willing to make and donate a raffle prize?
And even if you're not able to donate a prize, you can still help! Come by our table, say hello, check out our awesome prizes, and buy a ticket or two! We'll be selling tickets all weekend, and holding the raffle itself Sunday afternoon. (You don't need to be there at the drawing itself to win, and if you can't make it to the con at all, I'll be selling tickets in advance.)
