Oh, one more thing, i am currently refurnishing my room. Originally i didn't want to do it 'cos it's real expensive. But my friend talked me into my sense:
F: u know, u should do it.
M: but it's soooo expensive, the floor the furniture... (whining for 2 minutes long)
F: uh, still, think about it. the oil price is up, the war in middle-east is not going to end any time soon, US just paid 355 billion interest for its national debt last year, the huge trade deficits between you-know-which countries... see, sooner or later your pension money and investment fund will go down with the global economic meltdown... will u be able to rant about the price of furniture then?
M: i'm starting to see ur points...
F: my thought is, better use the money now than feel sorry for not able to use it later.
M: ...... good argument. But just one thing, why you still went and have that 3 million mortgage for buying a house then?
F: well. i don't think i'll see the day i finish the repayment.
(okay... the above are trash talks! complete trash!! we're both a bit high on caffeine at the time!! and i mean, really, she was not saying that she intended to default on her loan, in case any banker is worried. :))
