The hypnosis links were a surprise. Hard to reconcile that sort of thing with any conception of ethics of which I am aware.

The only hypnosis link on that page right now is the one for Conversational Hypnosis in the author box, and that is one I am willing to vouch for the ethics of. (Squidoo may have posted others outside my control, but I trust their ethics ( ... )

Good lord. Thanks for pointing this out. The other two links are used in my hypnosis page as examples of what not to do, and indeed, what to look out for. They found their way into the profile through a copy and paste error and didn't disappear when the the bio did. I really do a lot of this work too late at night. Fortunately nobody clicked on the links before I deleted them just now. Thanks again!

No problem. They definitely had me puzzled for a while. I'm glad to have caught this before a more significant professional misunderstanding developed there.

I wouldn't want to help some jackass play around with the so-called forbidden patterns with some chick at a bar. Lot of sickos out there. On the other hand, I would want my daughter to be alert to these forms of manipulation. Though she could probably teach me a thing or two!
