Super Massive Bla-- err, Update
Huge update - cos Fala was whining that I never update lol
Job/Work - Finding a job sucks, seriously. Graduated last year and been applying at places since then - had one interview so far and it was for something I didn't even apply to, wtf! lol. Still applying to places - hopefully will get something soon, even just Christmas casual is something >.> just as long as I can get time off for Midfur.
Midfur - Yay! Booked flights for it a while ago. Still have to stop being lazy and call about accommodation n book that. Get $30 from Amy to cover flights still. Make sure Nix has the money for accommodation before I book so Dad isn't out too much monies. I honestly can't wait - it's going to be so much fun x3!! Not to mention going to Melbourne again haha.
Bad stuff - My Uncle Paul died on 10th of August at 11PM (Also my brothers 23rd birthday) the funeral was on 21st. The funeral wasn't what I was expecting - expecting it to be fairly sad, was actually good. At the end of all the formal parts we stood around and talked with relatives. A lot of people came from overseas and interstate for the funeral. Huge amount of people there, was good to see so many people. Definitely going to miss him. He had a great sense of humor and an awesome outlook on life. Especially seeing how he has been in pain for around 7 years due to the cancer. At least he is no longer in pain. Oma and Opa have taken it fairly hard though, Dad seems alright.
Internet is down atmo - Actually writing this in notepad and going to copypasta it to livejournal once its back up haha. The line has been cut so many times lately that its getting water into the line >.> GG Telstra and workers. Mum had been mega moody since the net went down - until she recharged her phone (she has two, one she bought just because it can connect to the comp and use the internet via the computer.) and has been on the internet ever since then. Addict? yeaaahhh lol can't go a day without the internet and Eve - will set up the phone if it's down too long. I've been working on commissions and watching House - Dads on the PS2, working, or doing stuff around the house. Mum has been on Eve whenever she is at home. Could go into this a lot more, but no point ranting xD
RSPCA - Did training for volunteer work at the RSPCA today - seems like its going to be interesting. Way too many adorable cats there omg~ haha I applied to work with cats atmo, though I prefer dogs. Cats seem easier to start off with and get to know everything. Also want to work with rodents. Rabbits, rats, ferrets etc. So once I start there I might update more on that. Going to be hard to not being home animals all the time though >:3 :D xD
WoW - After my account got hacked - got everything back, well, almost everything. Never got the pets back, the festival ones and the quest ones. Kinda irked about that because I was collecting them - buuut now I'm collecting mounts >:3 haha. Also started working on getting the lowbie pvp gear (hey, cheap epics! yaaaaaay!) and it's an upgrade from what I have, so might as well go for it. Also working on Netherwing rep and Nagrand dudes rep to go for the mounts there - Along with leveling lowbie pets. Hmm, Also leveling a priest, level 41 so far :D
Furs - Been going to almost every Friday/Saturday coffee meet. Been a ton of fun. Been going to Mars a fair bit with them. And I'll admit to Fala :P I was semi nervous about it the first time too, wasn't sure what to expect buut it's awesome! Always have fun there. Been good seeing everyone so often, especially lately with all the stuff with Uncle Paul - gives me a chance to relax and forget about it all. Hmmm, Gotta do something for Pete, Mea and Tal still. Whee Disturbed ticket x3!! Also want to do something for everyone, cos I loves them x3 but yeah ;P thats secret for now - and want to finish off some other stuff first so I have more time.
