Today aka TL;DR
Cons
- the cat I'm fostering went into labor two weeks earlier than I expected
- the sink in my kitchen has apparently clogged
- I have the flu or an upper respiratory infection, and may have infected the comic shop with it a week before a major convention. Yeah, I'm really hoping I'm wrong on that one.
- had to leave my jewelry class early because I felt too sick
- am running around trying to figure out how to make my bathroom warm enough for mama and kittens, and since they're early am somewhat convinced I'm somehow going to kill them from cold or what not
- forgot that February means bills are due three or four days earlier than I'm used to.
- it's cold and my current sick state means I'm burrowing under blankets or jacket layers and everything aches
Pros:
- KITTENS
- a friend is bringing me chicken
- HULU HAS THE FOOD NETWORK
- I learned how to make leaves in the jewelry class before I had to leave due to the plague, and got contact information from the teacher
- I didn't lose my wallet
- I found and purchased a bag of the Cthulhu figurines that have since been discontinued- note, I've been looking for one for more than two months.
- am not going to be outside for eight hours in this weather tomorrow. Losing forty-five dollars is worth not spending eight hours in rainy thirty-three degree wind chill weather when I already doubt I'd be earning it back, and my business partner is in agreement.
- my heater's working and I remembered to pay my heat bill that is due Monday, not Wednesday or Thursday.
