I was in 9th grade

Its April 20th, 5 years ago I was sitting in my Spanish class, stoned, when we were told that he had to leave the temp the class was in and go inside. We were then locked in the school for 2 hours. No one could come in, no one could leave. And we all just walked the halls speaking in whispered hushes.

It still freaks me out when I think about Columbine, and what happened to the rest of the schools after that, we were treated like prisoners, no one was trusted, they searched us and our lockers. And everyone was afraid to turn corners because of what they might see on the other side.

Of course at Alameda, we all had weapons of our own, but no one ever just shot everyone, they always had a target. There were plenty of fights. But on the other hand everyone at Alameda past 10th grade liked most everyone else. They jocks partied with the stoners. The Cheerleaders bought drugs from the Asians. The gay kids sold X to everyone. We were a drug school, but everyone liked and trusted each other because of it.
