North Korean dictator and resident midget psycho Kim Jong-Il is now the second psychotic, megalomaniacal world leader to state that he would "not rule out a preemptive strike" against perceived enemies. Thank you, Mr. Bush, for setting that precedent. Everyone kinda thinks he is making nuclear weapons, but we can't verify it. The only country in a position to verify it is China, who is N. Korea's number one ally, and a big nuclear power themselves. So here is my timeline:
* Some moron decides to open the Pandora's Box that is preemptive warfare. (Done)
* Some other morons decide to grab that ball and run with it. (Done)
* First moron tells second (third, fourth, etc) morons to "do what we say, not what we do." Not to be outdone, second moron calls first moron a "doodie-head" and claims asylum under the international "I'm rubber, you're glue. . ." pact. (Current)
* Second, Third, Fourth, etc. morons begin to approach first moron in destructive capabilities. (Near Future)
*First moron launches "preemptive strike" against all other morons in attempt to maintain Playground Bully status, lucrative lunch-money income. (Future)
* Retaliation. (Future)
* Small amphibians begin to adapt to life on hostile planet surface. Mutations occur, producing adapted animals which appear to be warm-blooded and are covered in hair. (Far Future)
