The process of making these cupcakes was so rage-inducing, I nearly threw up my own heart.
Ingredients:
- colored melting chocolates borrowed (read: taken) from my sister's stash of candy-making supplies
- about 10 pastry bags
- some home-made icing
- some not-so-home-made cupcakes
- one emergency trip to Michaels craft store
- comic book inspiration
- 6 hours of PREP TIME
- a one-track mind
In case you were wondering. The disks on top of the cupcakes are made of chocolate and the emblems on top of them are also chocolate. Seriously, this took 6 HOURS.Worth it? ...Yeah, probably. But if I ever do this again, hopefully I'll be a bit faster, being that I will probably know what I'm doing second-time around.
