KVM Switch?
Anyone reading this use one? I'm limited to one desk as our available space is...not much. I don't really need to share video, and I would rather not deal with shifting screen resolutions as my lappy is a widescreen and my desktop monitor is not.
I've read about Synergy and it would be a great solution if the lappy wasn't wireless. Reviews I read said it was not so awesome for that.
It seems like the big names are IOGear, Linksys, D-Link and Belkin, but the Belkin Flip seems to be getting piss-poor reviews.
I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars, so the heavy duty ones are out. If I can get it through Amazon I don't mind spending a little extra on it as I have a gift cert.
So, my geeky friends, anyone have any experience or recommendations?
