Big News
Many of you know that Drew and I have been planning a move to the Pacific Northwest. The plan was for this to happen in 2010, after I finished school.
Due to the lack of employment in Santa Barbara and a generous offer from Drew's mom, we've upped the move date to this year. As in July/August of this year.
Drew will be leaving at the end of July, beginning of August. I will be leaving at the end of August, beginning of September, so I can finish a couple of work projects.
We'll be staying with Drew's mom initially, until we're settled into jobs and can afford our own place. The next couple of months we'll (Drew) be packing like mad, and will leave the apartment at the end of July. The current plan is that I'll drive up with Drew, the cat and our essentials (most of our stuff will go to storage) and then fly back down. I'll be spending August at my mom's and then will head up to the new place the first week of September.
