(no subject)
Going to go see new Tim Burton film tonight, *does happy theatre geek-dance* and then I'm going to go to work. I think I'm being promoted to head auditor, mainly because the boss is annoyed with the current one right now, and since she now has a choice, I'm it.
On to the next Harry Potter book, which is frequently spoiled by rude customers and people that can't do math (long story). I also had to apologize to this lady (I use the term lightly) for things that I never did, but because she complained about me, my boss wanted me to just do it to save face. Which is fine I guess, but still, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. Which to me leaves this hefer free to make up more things to tell my boss I've done to her because we validated her blatent lies last time around. I almost wish I would've let her walk out. So far she's told my boss that I:
-refused to move her when she told me her daughter was allergic to smoke
-refused to give her an extra blanket
-begged her for money on behalf of another guest
-Rudley demanded she pay more for a room then I originally quoted her
-refused to help her to her room with luggage.
Ok
-she smokes. she asked for a smoking room. She never asked to be moved. If my daughter was allergic, I think I'd give it up, because my WHOLE HOUSE would smell like it.
-never asked for one.
-another guest was complaining about the lack of help for Katrina victims within her earshot
-I quoted her the right amount. She made this up
-She wanted to know if we had carts for luggage. we don't because we don't have elevators. She never asked for further assistance.
Other then that, life's been pretty good. Went and got my loans all straightened out, so I can consolidate and start paying them back. Ah...the real world. I think I'll go back to school and get them all deffered for another 5 years.
