Haha! I have no memory of us ever chatting on Dox. But does that mean we never did? Erm.. not sure LOL! That was soooooo long ago; no worries. If we ever make it back up to your state, we should try; that'd be most excellent :)

I don't honestly remember if we ever did either. We might not have. SO glad we ended up finding each other online despite that. LOL!

If the nephew's mom ever decides we'll visit CA, I'll let you know. In fact, in mid-October, I'll be doing a 5k walk with the nephew [and his mom's doing a half marathon] in the Redwoods. We're planning to spend the weekend in the area, so...

Please do let us know! Redwood National Park? That's about 6.5 hrs north of us. Looks like a beautiful place. We have a lovely redwood forest just north of San Fran called Muir Woods. Been there a couple times and really enjoyed the peace n quiet of the forest and woodsy smell. I miss that from when I lived in PA.
