• How many pets do you have these days
  shatterpath and I have 4 cats [Leo, Anastasia, Gabe, and Elphaba], while amyrayh has a single cat, Zena.
  
  
• Are you still in the PAC NW Yep. We're still in the same house in Bremerton for 5 1/2 years now.
  
  
• Where did shatterpath disappear too She's still around, just not posting to DW/LJ all that much. She tends to post more to FB, tbh. But she's still writing, and she's been doing a lot of drawing and working with Fimo clay lately. Definitely some new artistic endeavors for her.
  
  
• What are you fangirling over/writing now?
  Writing: Babylon 5, Wicked, Once Upon a Time, Glee, Leverage, CSI-universe crossovers [mostly CSI/CSI:NY], Light, Water, Muses, and whatever else trips my trigger in the moment
  Fangirling: Once Upon a Time, House of Anubis, Private Practice, Bath Crashers [Matt Muenster is adorkably cute!]
  Still watching, but not necessarily fangirling over: CSI: Miami, NCIS, Hawaii 5-0, Harry's Law
  
  
• How is work/life in general? It is what it is. Since September, I've been spending 2 weeks a month down in Oregon, doing childcare for my nephew. I'll be continuing this through December of this year, most likely. It's helping with his grades, and bringing a little money into the house. Plus, it allows me to spend some much-needed time with my nephew and his mom, even if we get on each others' nerves on occasion.
  
  And, this is the first time I'm actually going to speak publicly about this... Because Washington state is now allowing gay marriage [provided Ref. 74 doesn't fuck it up], on 21 December 2012,
  shatterpath and I are going to be getting married. Yes, we've chosen to do this on the day that the world is supposed to end, if you follow that particular interpretation of the Mayan calendar. Honestly though, we've joked about doing this for quite some time, mainly because who the hell else are we going to find that will understand us and put up with us like we do? Hell, we've been doing it for 11 years now, it's not likely to change any time soon. We're still working out some details, but we'll be doing the JoP route, unless we can find someone we know who's ordained to do weddings, then we'll go that route. But there will be more details on that as it comes...
  
  
• Any new hobbies lately? I've actually been getting into making ATCs and flipbooks. I signed up over at swap-bot.com for one of my crafting comms on LJ, and have been enjoying this way to work on new creativity and get some mail in the process. I'm hoping to start working on jewelry again. And, of course, I'm still doing my crocheting and making spa stuff.

  • Go through all my shit and do a donate/recycle/toss cleaning.
