{memes} Gratitude Project :: Day 26
Today I am grateful for relatively short bouts of AoF.
I was foolish and had far too much sodium for one meal [35-50% of the daily limit] while having brunch by getting a few older things out of the freezer. I was fine after lunch and during my 2 1/2 hour nap this afternoon, but I woke up to a pretty bad case of AoF. It precluded me being able to go squidding/crabbing tonight with amyrayh. Which, of course, meant that Murphy decided to play with us, so that she called and told
shatterpath and I that she was watching Orcas in the water down in Port Orchard where she was.
But thankfully, the AoF has been gone for the past couple of hours, so this was a relatively short bout. Which is very, very good.
