"Alone Time"

Two children under the age of ten make for a very hectic, and even chaotic, household. Even on the best of days, Kerry and I rarely have any true alone time until Henry and Ella are asleep. And even then, there's no guarantee that issues won't arise, because they quite often do.
Because of this, we are very aware of the moments alone that do happen. Sex isn't even the first thought on my mind when that still eye of the hurricane descends on us. To be completely honest, I'm content just to curl up with Kerry and watch her read until I fall asleep… or disaster strikes.
We've both been in enough relationships to know that these stolen moments are precious and fleeting, and we take advantage of them as often as we possibly can. It's a lovely way to touch base and just revel in each other and our love.
