No sea glass for Spotty...
So after work today, shatterpath and I headed out to Point No Point so I could have a little one-on-one time with the Old Man and get my feet wet, right? Since I couldn't get wet on my 10&10 because of the new tatt [and yes, I'll be posting about that soon, honest]. But when we got up there? Yeah, NO parking spots AT ALL! Literally, every spot, including the overflow was completely full. So we turned around and came home, after getting a HUGE bunch of candy at the gas station [srsly, I had to pee, but the candy called to me and I had to answer it!].
So no sea glass today, as we were obviously not meant to be there. *sigh*
But on the way home, we stopped in at Michaels and got some good deals on storage baskets/boxes and a few stocking stuffers for people. And then we stopped at PetSmart to get some feeder guppies for Papi. We also came home with 2 Bleeding Heart Tetras to be companions for Riker, since his rainbow shark pal bucked the kicket yesterday. We also came home with 2 new mousies. Ruby and Patches. Will try to get pics of them in their cage [which we got w/ a fucking SWEET discount at the outlet mall in Woodburn when we went down to Oregon last weekend] tomorrow. *heh*
And I got another pony on Howrse. He's another Chincoteague pony named Arago and is going to be part of my & shatterpath's plan to create a 3 star Chinco [double star in Speed & single star in Gallop]. We'll have a way to go for the star in Gallop, but we're willing to give it a shot... *heh* And Coquille has been given a Philote's Pack, so she has a new coat...that I'm considering for another tattoo... Or maybe I'll make an icon out of her new coat... Hmmm....
And now, my things that make me happy for today...
