End of an Era
Today marks the close of an an important era in my life...
My car's odometer just turned over to 100000. That means that after 100001, which came and went all too soon, it will be 1100 miles before my next palindrome. It will also be the next point symmetry on the dial, but not really (since the 1 is offset)--the next true point symmetry will be 200002--and who knows if I'll ever get to it?
