christmas, christmas, time of yeaaar
I'm watching Superman Returns in the family room with mom and dad. Rudy is sitting with Mom, Mac is sitting with Dad, and my laptop is sitting with me, on top of a pillow.
My correspondence course with Humber starts soon. David Adams Richards phoned me last week and it was thrilling. seriously. after he hung up the phone, i squealed. I have to go back to Fredericton, and it's going to be lonesome for a little while. At least until Andrea gets back! I'm dating again, but nothing intensely romatic has happened as of yet.
For Christmas I got new speakers for my computer, with adjustable base. Also thrilling. And an fm transmitter for my mp3 player. My mom got my a diamond cross pendant with a white gold chain, and a pink stripey sweater. and sneakers, for adventures in sneaking. what else... a chocolate bar with vintage wrapping, so i can frame the neat picture...hoop earings... and a writing book that the Director of the School for Writers recommended. He said that the first chapter is no good, but other than that it's a useful tool. And he wasn't kidding. I'm not done the second chapter yet and it's already helped me polish up some paragraphs that I felt were... lacking. Yip yip!
I so wish dogs were allowed in my apartment. I never get tired of dogs. dogs dogs dogs.
