Kids say the darndest things!!
Andy and Brad took 3 year old Abby with them today while they did some shopping and right away Abby noticed the store already had their Halloween displays out. After the pretty colors and lights had drawn her in it wasnt long after that she noticed the OMGCANDY!!! CANDY EVERYWHERE!!! According to Andy she just HAD to have this large chocolate ghost she saw and they told her if she was good she could have it on the way out. As I heard she was an ANGEL they rest of the shopping trip so on the way out the bought her the chocolate ghost.
When they got to the car Brad asked her if she wanted him to open it for her to eat. She said no. They thought that was a little strange but maybe she wasnt hungry and left it at that. As soon as they got home Abby started saying she wanted to call Jared. Andy asked her why but all she would say was that she HAD TO CALL HIM!!
Andy dialed the number and when I answered he explained to me that Abby HAD to talk to Uncle Jared RIGHT NOW!! I passed this message onto him and when he took the phone and said hello I heard her scream at him - UNCLE JARED! UNCLE JARED!! I HAS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN GHOST!!!
It was only after Andy explained to Jared and I what happened earlier that Jared lost it! Hey she is still learning and at least she thinks of him! She is so proud of her African American ghost that as of right now she refuses to eat it!
