it's REALLY dumb. they have no legal grounds to shut them down. it's ZONED FOR BUSINESS. thus, the RESIDENTS are the ones in the wrong place.

ugh.

if they shut down the box without rezoning dauphin st. or passing new laws, i'm going to be SUPER pissed.
