I thought it was really strange at first that Joe Goldberg responded this way to this Pitch Perfect, which is basically a musical comedy and a little bit of romance, a happy, feel-good, girl-power movie. But then I was thinking, there have been some serial killers that react strangely to some things. Book!Joe is a lot grittier and more emotional than Netflix!Joe.
