I love the Twisted Tales book series because it is true to the original animated films.

The Twisted Tales book series only reference the original animated films.  There are no references to Disney live action movies, the direct to VHS/DVD sequels, or Kingdom Hearts.  Snow White in the Twisted Tales series is the same Snow White from the 1937 animated film.  There is only one "tweak" in each of the book series, which is the "what-if".
