✨🧟Random Thoughts on PPZ (book and the movie)🧟✨

Having a lot of fun with this book and the gif edits on tumblr. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is really wild, and a lot of fun to anyone who has read Pride and Prejudice.  The 2016 movie is really great.

Some things the movie changed that I wish they didn't:

-Charlotte transforming into a zombie
-Mr. Collins killing his zombie-fied wife, and then committing suicide, therefore the Bennets do not lose Longbourn
-The part about Darcy warning Bingley about Jane because he thought she was striken with the zombie plague
-Lady Catherine's ninjas

-I kind of wish they had kept this dynamic from the book:

Elizabeth could scarcely contian her anger; still, Jane was her elder and leader of the Sisters Bennet.  She had no choice but to obey.

-The movie makes it very clear that Elizabeth leads the Sisters Bennet, not Jane.  In this gifset, she is in the front of the lineup.

-Also, I just noticed that Elizabeth Bennet is dressed in a dark blue gown, whereas all of her sisters are in very pale colours.  Elizabeth stands out, and that seems to denote that she is a leader.

-And she does have the most impressive moves, out of all of her sisters.

Men being casual while the ladies do the fighting #poetic cinema

-Not that that's a very important distinction, but I thought it was interesting.
