Click to viewBoth of her books were pretty awful tbh. If you just search on youtube, you can find dozens of video reviews about the book and why so many people found it creepy/disturbing. I feel like a lot of this seemed innocent before, but knowing what we know now, it does seem kind of unsettling. Colleen Ballinger's fascination with teenage girls getting their periods. A how to draw stick figures page with a stream of urine coming out. A how to page about drawing a hot dog to look like a bloody vagina. It's the insinuation that simple children's drawings could have more sinister or graphic meanings to them. And I think that is the most unnerving part about Miranda Sings. The mask of childhood innocence, but something darker underneath,
