this was really an interesting conundrum.

would you rather be happy and blissful, but ignorant and unknowing?

or would you rather be miserable and cognizant of the darker parts of your life?

i would always choose to be knowing, even if it would devastate me.

Same here - I would much rather suffer knowing the truth instead of living blissfully while believing a lie.
