Internal Debate: New Blog?
Dear LJ friends, of which I am not sure there are actually all that many that read here. I have been chewing over the possibility of separating out my personal journaling from my... hmm... more "professional", or at least contemplative, blogging efforts... Since it seems that my writing is evolving quite a bit, especially in terms of material... And to be frank, several of my posts are becoming things i would actually, like, want to link to people I look up to like friends and family but... I also write about a lot of very personal topics... So I've been considering either a) reigning in my privacy settings on LJ, or b) just creating a new blog. I dislike the idea of parcing up different pieces of me to different blogs, but I'm uncertain that I would be able to write as freely and openly if I were constantly tapdancing around privacy settings here either.
I would appreciate any comments or suggestions anyone has. I'm currently playing with settings and what not for a blog over at: http://geekingsexuality.blogspot.com as part of my deliberation if you want to have a look.
