So busy being Underemployed!
So busy today! Meeting with Lex and Jev for Burningman planning, meeting with Julie and Lev for Jungle part planning, then to the bank for a rubber band fight with my favorite teller.
A hike with Mayhem, Tyler, Lex, Jev, Paul and Lizzie up Sydney Street to the Dugout, then to Tsurigi for delicious sushi and great company with the Brits, Tyler, Jean and Rob.
Then to see the Depth of Chaos' band practice. For a Death Metal band, they aren't too bad at all. I mean, they are still Death Metal, but they are really talented musicians and play more interesting Death Metal than usual.
Then to kareoke in Grover with the Brits. Met Ty, and all the usual kareoke peeps, Erin, Josh, Brian, etc.Though TBS and Marilynn were sorely missed, as were Lex and Jev. Met some new people there and saw Tacy, and old friend. Right as we're about to leave we get invited to a house after party. Well, why not? So we go there and smoke and drink and play music some more. A couple of new people met and a good time had all around.
Now, it is 4am and I'm just making my night-time cup of tea. I'm gonna go to the beach with Jamie, Tyler, Pascale and the Brits tomorrow so I must try to be rested. Try. :)
