Penelope and her Maze Foraging Toy
I got this spinning maze toy from The Squawk Store a few weeks ago. I was kinda worried that it would be too big for Penelope because it is bigger than she is. But I got it anyways. I popped in a sunflower seed and it took her two days to figure it out. Now, I put various things in there and in about two minutes it is out.
This video was taken this morning. I watched her get it out in about thirty seconds and knew I had to film it. I spun the toy back to the starting position. The nutriberry is setting on the long green piece, as far away from the hole as possible. She it a little distracted in the video because of me but once she sets her mind to it she is there!
People still think small birds are dumb...HA!
Now to find her something even harder.
