In so many ways, spring is coming to me.  Montana was a reset button.  I learned so much being there.  Things are simpler.  In Montana it looks ridiculous to work hard and then put all this pressure on yourself do a certain amount of yoga and meditation or whatever, add that to the schedule, must must must.
