Morning after...
I woke up a little before 8 am this morning with SUCH a headache -- and no, I didn't even have any alcohol at the Encore last night after the reading (or at home afterwards for that matter). I got up, gave Bear his medicine, gave the cats their breakfast, took some Excedrin, and went back to bed. Woke up around noonish still with a headache. It's backed off a bit now, but still kind of throbbing, and I just feel disconnected and bleary and ugh. I think maybe eating something substantial will help, but unfortunately since I haven't bought groceries lately that will require going out. Or ordering in pizza... hmm. But it is an absolutely gorgeous day outside -- 76 degrees, sunny, slight breeze -- I really should just go out and get some fresh air and a bite to eat.
Really need to get rid of this headache so I can get some reading done. Gah, it's almost 4 p.m. and I haven't done anything but read the paper and fart around online and talk to my mom on the phone. Gah.
