Catching up with Time.....
Holy crap! It's been a hell of a week, let's review, shall we?
Saturday September 27
waterkittie flew into Cincy for my birthday, and supposedly to talk to her prof.... but no, it was just for my birthday and she brought her hubby, which was a HUGE surprise.
Saturday night was my birthday party as Dave and Busters and it kicked ass. There was food and alcohol and friends, and cake and presents! I got some cute little presents from my friend, Angie, which was awesome. Then I got a gift from 8 or 9 of my other friends..... a Wii.
Crazy!!!! I was a bit drunk..... I almost cried.... it was insane.
I played the 7s game... it took a bunch of tries, but I got the sevens.... I was out of practice.... the drinking had nothing to do with it.
Sunday September 28
Went out to breakfast bar with my guests.... then drove to Florence Best Buy and spent lots of money on stuff for the Wii. Came home and played with the Wii. We listened to/watched the Browns beat the Bengals... Guests had to leave to fly back to edge of Nowhere New York. Played more Wii.
Monday September 29
I took the day off work. Hooray! It was my 30th birthday. I slept in. I played Wii, I went over to my mother's and shared cake with her and the kids she watches. My gramma made me dinner, which was awesome. I got presents.... money, a flat screen monitor for my desktop computer.... oh, and a Wii (yes, that's right, a second Wii) from my parents.
Tuesday September 30
I had to go back to work - but we "celebrated" my birthday at work. It was fun.
Wednesay October 1
It's the freaking 1st of October!!! D&D was moved to Wednesday due to birthday.... had pizza, killed some goblins, it worked. (No magical crit twice on a dragon cool warlocky moves, though. :(
Thursday October 2
"Surprise" birthday party for my friend, Angie. Um... yeah... that's not my story to tell.
Friday October 3
John and I caught up on a ton of TV shows.... I finally watched the "season" finale of Psych. We watched House, and Criminal Minds (which the first ep got cut off by the President and stuffs, and bleh.)
Saturday October 4
Went to Ren Fest - nothing went as planned, but that's OK. You know why? Cuz I got my cool warlock staff. Hooray! Now, I need a belt and some pouches and my outfit is complete... :)
We also have a good idea about John's ren outfit.
And I got sunburnt... ouch....
Oh, and Passion Fruit oils.... :)
