Hello again
Long time no contact. I haven't had much to talk about. Not even rant about... I've lived a very boring life since my last post... more boring than usual that is... Oh I got a twitter... yeah... So, I've been bitten by the Dr. Who bunny. To be honest, I was mostly there simply because I had nothing else to watch. All the rest of my tv shows were either "on break" or I had grown bored of them. Major spoilers ahead if you care... I made it through the first season and then was incredibly sad to discover how attached I'd grown to #9 (Christopher Eccleston), it took me a few weeks (possibly only one, I don't remember) to start with Series 2. I had a hard time at first with 10/David. I kept seeing Barty Crouch Jr. but like I said I had nothing else to watch. So I waded through until the end with Rose and I cried (possibly because it was probably very late at night) It didn't take me as long to get over the loss of Rose though as I'm a cheater and I knew she comes back in Series 4 briefly. I enjoyed Series 3, Martha was good, didn't really grow attached to her though. However, the end of series 3 brought in another member in my cartel of villains... The Master. 0_0 Yeah, a megalomaniac Time Lord that dances to music while taking over the world? AWESOME!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNV2EEz_DUA Not gonna lie. I'm gonna have to go back and rewatch series 4 because I loved Donna, but I was in too much of a hurry to get through all the episodes until The Master comes back. And then I cried a lot.
The Master and The Doctor have such a beautiful dysfunctional relationship and then they took both of them in one episode!!! :'( And to have The Master save The Doctor... :'(
So, now I have a new slashy pairing that's practically canon (which is odd for me, usually my pairings are way out there... Lucius/Hermione type...) I also have a plethora of new pictures/wallpapers/icons. I'm partial to 10!Doctor/Simm!Master, but that's probably because I don't know any other versions at the moment.
Also, I should have probably been packing for my move back across the US, but I made a fanmix (called odi et amo instead. I didn't really choose the songs for specific words. More for the general feel of the songs.
