Today, I started making homemade yogurt. I mixed plain yogurt with heated soy milk and now it's festering in the warm, moist microwave. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out because my cooking adventures are highly suspenseful.
I also made a tofu omelette for lunch. It didn't really hold together, but it was still good anyways. I put spinach, basil, shrooms, and grated vegan mozzarella (my new favorite thing) in it and put ketchup on top. Damn, it was good.
In the Fairhaven lounge now, hanging out with Thomas and the new Japanese students. They are teh best EVAR!!!!1
