Coolness Diminished
So I was looking through the online lonely planet guide (as I am wont to do when another fun-and-adventure destination presents itself). Lonely planet said something to the effect of " of all the countries in the middle east, Qatar is the dullest)...hrm. and by their list of attractions i can't seem to find a way to disagree. There is one burial site from the 3rd century A.D. and that is it. Little mention is made of it's beaches, there are a few british forts from the 19th century but that's a yawn and a half. Doha (the capital) is supposed to be the most boring city on the gulf coast. So great...we'll see, at least it will be warmer (hopefully i won't have to cover myself from dread to foot).
Buh, my leg is fucked up. Stupid qymnastic injury from when i was 13 years old. I have nerve damage, there's very little i can do about it.
