The Long and Short of It
Just got back from pantomime workshops in the Carpathian Mountains. Awsome, the workshops not so much, but the mountains oui oui. A few days there and I feel lighter, my skin looks better, everything just functions a little bit better. I function better.
Now: Preparations for the Mime Festial in Warsaw that Bartek is directing. It starts tomorrow. Very cool. Lots of avante garde european movement and pantomime theaters. A good friend from New York is in town to perform for it. It's so nice to have an American here. Someone who understands...lots, jokes, rantings on GW, strange americanisms. Countrymen become so important when you are an expat. They understand you in a way that no one else ever will.
So lala, I miss Bartek, he's always busy. Sure. He's directing a festival. It will be over in a week and a half and I'll be my boyfriend back. Yay, boyfriends are great.
