A little self-fulfillment. Check.
Today I officially finished my first session at the studio. Of course, I was the studio monkey, but still...it was a good experience. I probably walked away with a few contacts for my network along with a couple new buddies. And buddies are always nice, right? This band was really down to earth. I wish them the best of luck, and I hope to see them again...maybe at an LA show!
Speaking of shows...Sleepytime Gorilla Museum is tomorrow. Still debating on whether or not to go. We will see.
In addition, I started working at school helping freshmen and transfers register on our website, BroncoDirect. It was quite...interesting, but a long day for me. I had to be at school at 8AM. Shortly after I drove up to NoHo and I just got back around 10:30PM-ish. It was nice seeing some CPP music people again though.
