03. The character I would shag anytime: ARAGORN. Like this is rocket science. Also Faramir, who is my BOYFRIEND.

05. My 3 favorite characters: Sam, Faramir, Pippin, Gandalf. WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT'S MORE THAN THREE.

07. The character I'm most like: Some weird, weird conglomeration of Pippin and Eowyn.
08. The coolest thing about the canon: Oh god, everything. The worldbuilding! The hobbits! The huge sprawling epic quest! The melancholy hopefulness! The way I always cry at the end! The fact that it GETS BETTER EVERY TIME

Exactly! I mean, I wouldn't say necessarily that sex would cheapen it, just that ... whatever they want to do together is absolutely their own business and not for me to be a voyeur about? I'm not sure why -- I think it's something about how Frodo/Sam was literally my first OTP when I was about nine years old, and so everything I love about it is still what I loved when I was nine.

I always cry at the end. XD
